By accessing or using VerifiedWidget ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VerifiedWidget provides tools for businesses to display, manage, and embed Google review widgets on their websites. The Service includes review syncing, widget customization, and structured data generation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create fake or misleading reviews
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed yearly and auto-renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. Reviews displayed through the Service are sourced from Google and remain subject to Google's terms. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
