What agencies get on the Reviews plan
The paid Reviews plan starts at $99 per year and is built around a simple idea: one account, many businesses. For an agency, freelancer, or web designer, that means:
- Up to 20 businesses on one account, each with its own reviews and settings.
- Unlimited widgets, so each client can have a carousel on the home page, a grid on a testimonials page, and a badge in the footer.
- Branding removed, so the widget looks like part of the client's site.
- A domain allowlist on each widget, so a client's widget only loads on the client's domain.
- Automatic review syncing and up to 500 reviews per link import.
- Named collections and review hiding, so each widget shows only the reviews you choose. CSV export works on every plan.
- Priority support.
Plans are priced by total monthly views across your widgets: $99 for 100,000, $149 for 250,000, $219 for 500,000, and $329 for 1,000,000. How many sites one plan covers depends on their traffic. Check your clients' monthly visits before you promise a number of sites.
A typical agency workflow
- Add the client's business. Paste their Google Maps link. You do not need access to their Google account just to show reviews.
- Build the widget. Match the client's brand using the themes and customization options, and check the mobile preview.
- Lock it to their domain. Add the client's domain to the allowlist so the widget will not load if someone copies it onto another site.
- Paste the embed code. The dashboard gives you a script tag to drop into the client's site. Most builders accept it in a custom HTML or embed block. See the guides for platform steps.
- Check it live. Load the published page on desktop and mobile before you tell the client it is done.
Replies and ongoing reputation work
VerifiedWidget shows reviews; it does not reply to them. If a client wants help replying, they can add you as a manager in Google: in their profile, choose More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access. Google says managers can respond to reviews but cannot add or remove users. Reply in Google Business Profile itself, and let the client approve the tone of their public replies. The free AI review response generator can help with a first draft.
You can also download a CSV of a client's reviews for a monthly report, and keep each client's widgets fresh with named collections of their best reviews. See the Google reviews widget page for layouts and display options.
What to know before you take on 20 clients
- One account, one subscription. The clients are businesses inside your account. They are not separate accounts.
- Google only. The widget shows Google reviews, not Facebook, Yelp, or other sources.
- Be honest with clients. Embedding reviews does not make star ratings appear in Google search results, because Google blocks that for a business's own reviews. Read our explanation so you can set the right expectation.
- No fake or incentivized reviews. Never offer clients a way around Google's rules.

Try it on one client first
The Free plan lets you build one widget for one business, with branding shown, so you can see how it looks and installs on a real client site. When you are ready to run several clients, upgrade to the Reviews plan. See the free plan details for its exact limits.
Frequently asked questions
How many client businesses can I manage?
Up to 20 businesses on one Reviews plan account. The Free plan supports one.
Can I remove branding on client sites?
Yes. Removing VerifiedWidget branding is part of the paid Reviews plan.
How do I stop a client's widget being used on another site?
Add the client's domain to the widget's domain allowlist. It is available on the Reviews plan.
Do I need access to my client's Google account?
Not to show reviews. A Google Maps link is enough.
Is there a limit on widgets?
The Reviews plan includes unlimited widgets. The monthly view limit applies across them, starting at 100,000 views.
Can clients log in to see their own reviews?
Clients are businesses inside your account, not separate accounts. The Review workspace can invite collaborators as viewers, editors, or approvers, but an invite covers every business in your account. Use it for your own team, and use the CSV export to share a client's data.
