Updated October 2026
Free, no account needed. Up to 5 requests per minute and 30 per day per internet address.
Start with the review, then choose your tone
Paste the written review, choose its star rating, and select friendly, professional, or apologetic wording. You can add your public business name and industry for context. The review can contain up to 2,000 characters. Remove names, appointment details, contact information, and anything that should not be shared before you submit. Your submitted text goes to OpenAI to generate the drafts. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.
Each request produces three options under 120 words each. Read them as starting points. Choose one, remove anything that does not fit, and add only details you can verify. A friendly tone suits a casual business; professional wording can help with a sensitive complaint. An apologetic tone can say sorry for the disappointment without guessing who was at fault or promising a fix you have not approved.
How to reply to positive reviews
Thank the reviewer and acknowledge one ordinary point they actually mentioned. If they praise helpful service, you can thank them for the feedback about your team. Avoid adding a product name, employee name, or service result that was absent from the review. Match the length of the review: a short review rarely needs a long reply. Repeating the same sales message underneath every review can make a sincere thank you feel automatic.
Example review: “Friendly team and a quick checkout.” A possible reply is: “Thank you for the kind feedback. We appreciate your comments about the team and checkout experience.” This example is made up to show the wording. It is not a real customer review. Notice that it does not claim the reviewer bought a particular product or promise that every future visit will be just as quick.
How to reply to negative reviews
Read the complaint before reacting to the rating. Acknowledge the concern in calm language, avoid an argument, and suggest an offline conversation through your usual business contact channel. Do not say you investigated an incident, changed a process, issued a refund, or contacted the customer unless that actually happened. Even when a review seems inaccurate, a public response should not expose records or personal information to prove a point.
Example review: “I waited longer than expected and nobody explained the delay.” A possible reply is: “Thank you for raising this concern. We are sorry to hear about your frustration. Please contact us through our usual business contact channel so we can discuss it privately.” Add a real public contact method only after checking it. The draft should open a conversation, rather than announce a resolution you cannot yet confirm.
How to reply to neutral or mixed reviews
A three-star review may contain both praise and disappointment. Respond to both parts without treating the positive sentence as permission to ignore the problem. Thank the reviewer for the useful feedback and acknowledge the concern briefly. If more information is needed, invite private contact. Do not ask them to change the rating.
Example review: “The staff were helpful, but the booking process was confusing.” A possible reply is: “Thank you for sharing both parts of your experience. We appreciate the feedback about our staff and the concern about booking. Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss it further.” Before posting, check that the offline invitation is useful and that the reply sounds like you.
Privacy comes before personalization
For healthcare and legal businesses, even a friendly acknowledgment can accidentally confirm a patient or client relationship. Avoid phrases such as “at your appointment” or “during your case.” Do not repeat diagnoses, treatment details, legal matters, billing records, or information from internal notes. A reviewer publishing their own story does not make it sensible to repeat those details from the business account.
A general reply such as “Thank you for sharing feedback. Please contact our office directly if you would like to discuss a concern” can be a more cautious starting point. Have the appropriate person at your practice check the final response. This tool does not determine whether a response meets healthcare, professional, or privacy requirements. Never paste confidential material into the form just to make a reply sound more specific.
Check your draft before posting
Read the draft once for facts, once for tone, and once for private information. Remove unsupported promises and make sure an offline invitation points to a channel your business actually monitors. Keep review requests separate from complaint resolution. Google prohibits offering rewards for a review or for changing or removing a negative review. See Google's review content rules.
If replying is becoming a repeated task, follow the review reply workflow guide, and post replies in Google Business Profile itself. You can also use the review request template generator to prepare separate, neutral invitations for future feedback.
Frequently asked questions
Is this AI review response generator free?
Yes. You can generate three options without an account. The public tool allows up to five requests per minute and 30 per day per internet address. People on the same network may share that allowance. If you hit the limit, wait before trying again.
Does it post my reply to Google?
No. This tool creates text for you to review and copy. Paste your chosen reply into Google Business Profile yourself. Always check the final wording before publishing it.
Can I use this for a medical practice or law firm?
Use particular care. Remove private information before submitting and select your industry. Drafts are instructed to avoid confirming patient or client relationships, but you must still review them against your practice's own privacy process. An AI draft is not a compliance approval.
Why do the replies avoid refunds and specific contact details?
The generator cannot verify your policies, phone number, or what happened. It avoids inventing promises and contact information. If appropriate, add a verified public contact method yourself after checking the draft.
What if the reviewer only left a star rating?
This tool needs some review text. Do not invent a complaint or praise to fill the box. For a rating with no written review, write a short thank-you yourself. A detailed reply about an experience you know nothing about can sound odd.
